I am Maria Margarida and I currently live in Madrid.
I am a Product Designer who graduated in Multimedia Design. My focus is on solving real customer problems and creating experiences that are easy to use. To achieve this, I rely on both user experience fundamentals as well as on data (user testing sessions, automated A/B testing, analytics, etc.).
I'm particularly passionate about working on problems that help the world become more sustainable and equal.

I'm a believer in asynchronous, remote and transparent work that allows teams to be more efficient and diverse. Communication is extremely important for alignment on any project. With that in mind, my norm is to share work in progress early to gather feedback as soon as possible.
Usually, I work within product teams/squads to help deliver on key business goals. However, I believe that the design team should come together as a team to define design guidelines, develop/maintain design systems, and improve user research practices.
